At Powell Farm Denton, we specialize in raising and training young llamas to be halter-broken, people-friendly animals. Our llamas have human contact daily. They can be used for a variety of purposes including a great pet; an interesting show animal; protector/guardian for your sheep, goats, or other livestock; as breeding stock for your herd; as 4H/FFA class projects; and even as a source of their llama fiber. Llamas are also excellent yard art -- beautiful, entertaining to watch, and fun to train.
